When will I receive my order?
All orders are shipped Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Friday after 2pm will be processed and shipped the following business day (Monday). Please allow 1-2 days for processing before your order is shipped. Priority packages are packed and shipped within 24hrs of placing your order. Once your order is shipped and in the hands of the carrier, we no longer have control of the package. You will receive a tracking number for your package upon shipping on our end. For any further questions or concerns feel free to send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
How do returns or refunds work?
All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products and current events, we will not be accepting returns nor offering refunds or exchanges.
I received damaged products.
In the unlikely event that one of your items arrives tarnished, we will gladly replace it within 30 days of your purchase. For damaged items, please email email@example.com for further assistance.
My package was lost in transit.
USPS is required for all deliveries and is no longer in our control once shipped. We cannot guarantee replacement of lost or stolen packages shipped via USPS. Email firstname.lastname@example.org for further assistance.
How can I cancel my order once placed?
All orders placed are finalized and products are unable to be edited or changed. Order cancellation requests are not guaranteed. Orders are shipped as quickly as possible and cannot be cancelled once they have been submitted. Once your items have been received, you may send them back for a refund as long as they are completely unopened and unused. Please email email@example.com for further assistance.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Our rate for international shipping can be found at checkout (prior to finalizing your purchase) and is automatically calculated by USPS depending on the address you provide.
How does the membership work?
We now offer a membership for Wong Cosmetics! Just sign up (or sign in) to access your personal wallet, previous orders, wish list and more! If you make more than 5 purchases with Wong Cosmetics as a member, you will receive an exclusive WC VIP member and gain access to an exclusive coupon code for your 6th order!
My tracking hasn't updated.
Once processed and shipped, USPS will update your tracking number accordingly. USPS updates tracking every 24-48 hours, please allow this time for active tracking with the link provided to you.
